1 cup plain flour
1/4 cup salt
3 tablespoons lemon juice/vinegar
2 tablespoons oil
1/2 cup water
food colouring
Mix flour & salt in saucepan. add water. stir on low temp. add vinegar/lemon juice and oil.
keep stirring till it becomes playdough consistency! Add and knead in food coloring. I like to do it in 3rds. Keep 1/3 white, 1/3 green(for example) and the last third a pale green. That way you have different colors that become pretty and magical when mixed instead of the usual weird brown. Add some glitter for sparkle or spice for the holidays!
Today Calvin and I did golden with cardamom and nutmeg.
